Part Time Special Events & Fundraising Coordinator

Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo, the only AZA accredited Zoo in CT celebrating a proud history of over 90 years is seeking a Part time Special Events & Fundraising Coordinator to join our growing dynamic team. This position will plan, manage and execute all fundraising and special events and monitor progress against attendance and funding goals.

Excellent organization and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the ability to solicit auction items are required. Some weekend and evening work will be required. Successful candidate must possess extensive computer skills including high level proficiency with electronic donor databases and Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word). Bachelor's degree required. 1 to 2 years fundraising experience preferred.
